一、设计参数
1. Design parameters
苏澳隧道全长1861米,起讫里程:DK78+805~DK76+944。隧道双侧设置沟槽,按一沟两槽形式布置,隧道中线处设置中心水沟。沟槽身均采用C30钢筋砼。侧沟:30cm宽×80cm高。电力电缆沟(布置在靠边墙侧):20cm宽×36cm高。通信信号电缆槽(布置在靠线路中线侧):35cm宽×36cm高。中心水沟:60cm宽×85cm高。
The Suao tunnel is 1861 meters long and has a mileage of DK78+805 to DK76+944. Both sides of the tunnel are provided with grooves, arranged in one groove and two troughs, and a central ditch is arranged at the middle line of the tunnel. C30 reinforced concrete is used in the grooves. Lateral sulcus: 30cm wide x 80cm high. Power cable trench (arranged on side wall side): 20cm wide * 36cm high. Communication signal cable slot (arranged on the middle line side): 35cm width * 36cm high. Central ditch: 60cm wide x 85CM high.
二、工艺流程
Two. Process flow
水沟电缆槽施工采用分段施工,分段施工不宜过短且保证线型顺直,考虑沟槽在温度作用下的伸缩变形影响及水沟电缆槽模板台车长度,分段长度为12m。模板采用整体移动式钢模板,一次立模浇筑成型,当沟槽混凝土强度不小于5MPa时,即可进入下一段施工。电缆沟盖板、排水沟盖板采用工厂化集中加工运输至现场。

2.1.2.测量放线

水沟电缆槽尺寸及相对位置、纵向坡度,要严格按施工图由测量员精确放样电缆槽平面定位基准线和标高基准线。

2.1.3.凿毛

为了保证施工质量,在电缆槽施工前,采用风镐将两侧矮边墙与电缆槽结合面、沟槽身与填充结合面,做凿毛处理,以保证后施工的电缆槽与矮边墙粘结牢固,不产生裂缝或脱落。

2.2.1.过轨管线连接

2.2.2.钢筋绑扎

(1)外侧的通信信号电缆槽侧壁配有单层钢筋,主筋为Φ12钢筋,单根长1.341m,纵向间距25cm,用冲击钻在填充面钻孔,孔深不小于30cm;纵向分布筋:Φ16钢筋,间距25cm。

(2)通信信号电缆槽混凝土浇筑时预埋Φ8电缆槽分隔钢筋,L=40cm,预埋20cm外露20cm,纵向间距50cm。

2.2.3.综合接地

(1)通信电缆槽侧墙上部Φ16纵向钢筋作为纵向接地钢筋,初期支护、二衬、仰拱、综合洞室引出的接地钢筋要与通信电缆槽侧墙上部Φ16钢筋间采用直径16mm的“L”形钢筋进行焊接(见下图2:L”形焊接),单面焊接不小于16cm(10倍钢筋直径),焊缝应饱满并敲除焊渣,侧墙Φ16纵向接地钢筋每100m断开一次,断开的钢筋端头间距不小于10cm。

2.2.4.接地端子布置

从隧道进口端2m处开始,在两侧通信信号电缆槽底部,每间隔100m设置一个接地端子,小于100m的隧道在中部设一处;

上述所有的接地端子均通过Φ16钢筋与通信电缆槽侧墙上部Φ16纵向钢筋连接,焊接质量同接地钢筋,保证焊接质量。详见图3:接地端子设置示意图。

现场技术人员将隧道需要预埋接地端子的里程及个数在二衬上做好标记,以防漏埋。

2.2.5.排水管及泄水槽
2.2.5. drainage pipe and discharge tank
(1)两侧仰拱边墙预留的Φ100盲管、Φ50盲管全部接到两侧水沟,采用Φ100排水管,排水管在混凝土施工前安装,定位牢固,孔口采用土工布封堵,防止浇筑混凝土时泄水管跑位或混凝土灌入孔内。具体安装严格参照图1:侧沟及电缆槽详图。

2.2.6.模板安装

根据测量放线,放出模板定位安装边线,然后安装模板,模板安装必须垂直,模板与模板之间的缝隙必须控制在2mm以内,基底不平整部位在关好模板后用砂浆封堵,防止浇注混凝土时漏浆,模板与模板之间不能有错台。为防止浇注混凝土时模板上浮和跑模,影响混凝土施工和浇注质量,沿模板底在基底纵向每2米打设φ22的固定钢筋,用铁丝加固牢固。模板每次安装前必须清除板面混凝土块,涂抹脱模剂。模板在搬运过程中必须轻拿轻放,防止模板变形,特别是定型钢模板。
