热流道模具特点
热流道模具是利用加热装置使流道内熔体始终不凝固的模具。因为它比传统模具成形周期短，而且更节约原料，所以热流道模具在当今世界各工业发达国家和地区均得到极为广泛的应用。制件成型周期缩短，因没有浇道系统冷却时间的限制，制件成型固化后便可及时顶出。许多用热流道模具生产的薄壁零件成型周期可在5秒钟以下。
Hot runner die is a kind of die which uses heating device to keep the melt in the runner from solidifying. Because of its shorter forming period and more material saving than traditional dies, hot runner dies are widely used in developed countries and regions. The molding cycle of the parts is shortened, because there is no limitation of the cooling time of the sprue system, the parts can be ejected in time after molding and curing.
