电缆槽盖板钢模具高温加热时抗氧化性能好，脱碳速度慢，对加热介质不敏感，产生麻点倾向小；模具淬火后具有均匀而高的表面硬度；淬火后能获得较深的淬硬层，采用缓和的淬火介质就能淬硬；模具淬火变形开裂倾向常规淬火体积变化小，形状翘曲、畸变轻微，异常变形倾向低。
When the steel mould for cable tray cover plate is heated at high temperature, its oxidation resistance is good, decarburization speed is slow, and it is not sensitive to heating medium, resulting in small tendency of pockmarks; after quenching, the mould has uniform and high surface hardness; after quenching, it can obtain deep hardening layer, which can be hardened by using moderate quenching medium; after quenching, the deformation and cracking tendency of the mould is small in conventional quenching, and the shape is warped and slightly distorted , the abnormal deformation tendency is low.
